Terms of Service

1. Age requirement

DubaiQuest is available only to players who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We record the timestamp of that confirmation. Accounts found to belong to a player under 18 will be suspended.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Use a real email address — we require email verification before your points count toward the public leaderboard.

3. Fair play & anti-cheat

DubaiQuest is a skill-and-exploration game with public leaderboards, and we take fair play seriously. The following are prohibited:

• Using bots, macros, scripts, or automation of any kind to collect items or generate points.
• Exploiting bugs, race conditions, or API endpoints outside of normal gameplay to gain points or items.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, collection cooldowns, or the anti-cheat velocity checks.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards ("smurfing" for points farming).
• Tampering with client requests to submit item collections you did not legitimately reach in-game.

All point-scoring actions are validated and logged server-side. Accounts found exploiting these rules may be flagged, have points reset, or be permanently banned at our discretion, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use DubaiQuest to harass others, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

5. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms, the game, or its features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

All in-game locations and structures are stylized, artistic, low-poly representations inspired by public Dubai neighborhoods — not photorealistic or exact recreations of any real building, facade, trademark, or logo.
